Supervisor Front-End Developer
Job Description
1. Able to discover business pain points and optimize business code
2. Able to discover business pain points, continuously reconstruct and optimize the architecture, and have other ideas to solve the current team's problems
3. Responsible for architecture design, core function design, and formulation of team development specifications
4. Solve complex problems encountered in daily work.

Qualification
1. At least 8 years of web/h5 development experience, and be able to use at least one backend language, and have the ability to break away from scaffolding such as vue-cli and build your own scaffolding. Have the ability to build front-end projects and pipelines from 0-1.
2. Proficient in various front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.JS, etc., proficient in using or proficient in react and vue frameworks to understand the principles, have certain research on source code, and be able to write high-performance logic code based on the framework
3. Have experience in server-side rendering and server-side pre-rendering practice projects, and have self-developed server-side rendering experience that is independent of the mainstream frameworks on the market. Have a certain accumulation in the nodejs server field, and have high-performance server design.
4. Have experience in the implementation of front-end rendering containers and sandbox isolation. Experience in micro-frontends.
5. Able to identify business and development pain points and abstract them into platforms or tools. Have experience in architecture design and performance tuning.
6. Have user-oriented architecture design capabilities, and have practical experience in large traffic and instant sales business.
7. Have the ability of cross-end development, and have experience in unified architecture design for multiple platform applications and multi-end applications. Participated in the development of multiple platform applications, including web, mobile, hybrid app, pwa, webclip, and desktop applications. Has rich optimization experience and solutions.
8. Have experience as the leader of a front-end team of more than 50 people. Have good teamwork spirit and be able to use their own technical capabilities to improve the overall R&D efficiency of the team and increase team influence; have continuous enthusiasm for frontend technology, optimistic and cheerful personality, and logic Strong personality and good at cooperation
