Lead Digital Analyst - Search
Job Description
○ Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and profi ciency in paid search platforms, including Google Ads, SEM, programmatic ads, and display ads.
○ Develop and execute paid search campaigns aligned with clients' objectives and target audience.
○ Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance.
○ Utilize audience targeting and segmentation to reach relevant audiences across various paid search channels.
○ Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns for performance, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
○ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
● Video Advertising and Display Ads:
○ Plan and execute video advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including Google Ads and DV360.
○ Develop creative video ad concepts, storyboard creation, and collaboration with creative teams for production.
○ Optimize video ad placements, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
○ Manage display advertising campaigns, including banner ads, rich media ads, and responsive ads.
○ Monitor and analyze video and display ad performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations.
● Leadership and Team Enablement:
○ Provide leadership and enablement for team members, including coaching, mentoring, and training in paid search advertising best practices.
○ Facilitate professional development opportunities and initiatives to enhance team members' skills and capabilities in paid search management.
○ Conduct pulse checks on the team, addressing concerns, and providing support as needed.
○ Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
○ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team effi ciency and eff ectiveness.
○ Escalate team concerns to higher management and provide viable solutions in times of confl ict.
● Pitches and Presentations:
○ Provide expertise and guidance during pitch presentations, off ering strategic insights in paid search advertising.
○ Prepare and manage the team for pitch dates and presentations, ensuring readiness and eff ectiveness.
○ Actively participate in strategy and creative ideation for clients, pitches, and projects, leveraging paid search advertising expertise.
○ Present ideas eff ectively, ensuring clear communication and understanding among stakeholders.
● Industry Knowledge
○ Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
○ Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
○ Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
