Job Description

Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software. Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software,via remote connection or over the internet. Gather Customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Research required information using available resources. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures

Qualification

  • Must be a registered PHRN (Active or Non Active)

  • Must have atleast 1 year clinical experience
  • Must be open to work on a shifting schedule
