Mid Software QA (Performance Tester)

Job Description

Job Description: Work with onsite and offsite project teams and understand software application performance requirements and design, develop, execute and maintain performance scripts with the objective of early detection of defects that impact customers in assigned feature or application.

Qualification

Qualifications:

Min of 3 years’ experience in conducting performance testing with particular attention on the following tasks:

Defining performance test scenarios based on the QA use cases

Creating performance test scripts using any performance tool

Analyzing performance test report

Identifying key performance bottlenecks in the Web Servers, App Servers, and Database Servers and also performing end-to-end root cause analysis on these bottlenecks to pinpoint the reasons

Must have strong technical and communications skills to work directly with onshore counterparts

Must be flexible, analytical, task-oriented and can work under minimal supervision.

With good interpersonal skills

Must be willing to work in Gen Trias Cavite
