US Finance Manager
Job Description
The US Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for US-based entities. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and sound business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Ensure compliance with US tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners Review and improve financial controls, processes, and documentation Support leadership with financial insights, modeling, and strategic recommendations Manage and mentor finance team members (if applicable)
