Lead the recruitment function end-to-end, from demand forecasting to onboarding handoff.Manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and specialists, coaching them toward speed and quality.Hit hiring SLAs and KPIs: time-to-fill, pipeline depth, conversion rates, and quality-of-hire.Align with Client Success and Workforce Planning to forecast hiring needs accurately.Build recruitment playbooks, process standards, and recruiter enablement programs.Improve funnel visibility, dashboarding, and candidate tracking workflows.Partner with Marketing on employer branding, recruitment content, and market positioning.Drive hiring readiness for client launches, account expansions, and sudden demand spikes.Required Competencies

Qualification
Must-Have:
7+ years in recruitment, including 2+ in a leadership roleBackground in high-volume, offshore, or client-facing hiring environmentsProven ability to scale recruitment operations, tools, and processesFamiliar with employer brand campaigns and recruitment marketing Nice-to-Have:Experience in BPO, RPO, or fast-growth agency environmentsWorking knowledge of sourcing automation, job board analytics, or recruitment content tools
