As a Service Delivery Team Lead in OpsWerks, you’ll be on a team whose mission is to build and improve its partners' most critical cloud and internet services. Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic team leadership and development, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, preferably within an IT-related business or industry.Strong ability to analyze and improve service management processes, prioritize and execute strategies, and successfully lead projects and objectives.Deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as an engineering discipline, with a strong emphasis on automation.Proven ability to enhance team focus, efficiency, and effectiveness, while influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.Passion and dedication to delivering an unparalleled and consistent customer experience.Comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced 24×7 environment, operating effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.Highly organized and experienced in orchestrating complex programs involving people, needs, and technologies, while adapting to shifting priorities and negotiating timelines.
