Job Description
Your role will be working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders from our clients to understand their business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of their HCM solution.
Delivery advisory services to the HR IT Function of organizations Deconstruct key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
Create innovative and differentiated SAP offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
Deliver advisory services and leading practices in support of technology enabled business change integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery
Qualification
Minimum 4 years of relevant SuccessFactors HR consulting or industry experience, preferably with experience in any SuccessFactors module: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting,SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off,SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central,SAP SuccessFactors Compensation,SAP MM Inventory Management,SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical,SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting,SAP SuccessFactors Conversion,SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll,Workforce Software and Attendance
Implementation experience and deep knowledge in Success Factors and Hire to Retire Processes
Technical experience with Success Factors
Has experience in delivering complex Success Factors engagements including all phases of the project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live with team sizes ranging from five to twenty resources
Experience in SuccessFactors replication, core hybrid, talent hybrid or full cloud deployment.
Experience in the design of the architecture and code methodology of cloud software solutions
Expertise in Cloud Computing
Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors products
