Job Description
• Investigate and resolve system issues: Work with business users to gather requirements, create change plans, and define test plans for system fixes and enhancements.
• System configuration: Implement approved changes, write functional specifications, coordinate with developers, and perform testing.
• User acceptance testing: Ensure business users test and approve changes before implementing them in production without disrupting existing functionality.
• Validate changes: Confirm that system changes meet business requirements and that new processes work effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for system changes, including configuration, process design, business procedures, and training materials.
• Monitoring: Perform activities like IDoc and batch job monitoring to ensure systems and interfaces function properly.
• Collaboration and validation: Work with the technical team to validate system upgrades, updates, and refreshes on schedule.
• Knowledge transfer: Ensure readiness to support new solutions and functionalities through scheduled knowledge transfer activities.
• Task completion: Complete assignments accurately and on time, following approved procedures. Provide accurate plans and schedule work accordingly, provide status updates, identify potential issues, and ensure task completion.

Qualification
Functional/technical proficiency with at least 5+ full life cycle SAP MDG implementations and 6-8 years of industry and/or consulting experience
• At least 6 years of SAP experience with SAP Data Architecture and SAP MDG
• Master level functional depth of customer, vendor and product/material, master data in ECC/S4 HANA
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Object Oriented Programming, Master Data Governance (MDG), ABAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM), ABAP Web Dynpro, ABAP Workflow
• Performed Data Quality setup, Duplicate Check and other required validation 2 Migration of existing master data into MDG hub
• Strong configuration and design skills
Worked with the MDC features of MDG
• Worked extensively in Workflow development (business workflow, BRF+)
• Worked extensively in Field Validation and Derivation (BRF+, BAdI)
• Hands on experience with implementation of BADIs, classes & Methods. SOA, ALE/IDOCS
• Worked extensively in Interface Development (Web Services/ABAP Proxy, iDoc, BAPI)
• Worked extensively in Report Development (ABAP, BAPI, HANA)
• Expert in all ABAP related Development
• Strong Hands on experience tools like HP-ALM, JIRA, Subversion will be good to have.
• Prior experience from working in medium to large scale campaign implementation or transformation projects
• Knowledge of integration with Analytics and Big Data Platforms and related design principles
• At least 6 years of SAP experience with SAP Data Architecture and SAP MDG
• Master level functional depth of customer, vendor and product/material, master data in ECC/S4 HANA
