Project Manager

Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and deliverables schedule for all event-related activities
  • Coordinate logistics, manpower, and resources for multiple deployment teams assigned to different locations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations for both pre-event and on-site phases
  •  Team Leadership & Management
  • Supervise three (3) deployment teams, each composed of five (5) members and led by a Team Lead, assigned to support meetings and events in designated areas
  • Provide direction, guidance, and operational support to ensure all teams are aligned with project objectives
  • Conduct regular progress check-ins and performance evaluations with team leads
  •  Event Registration Oversight
  • Oversee both pre-registration and on-site registration using a system registration application
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in participant data management
  • Coordinate with technical support teams to troubleshoot and optimize the registration system as needed

    Event Operations Support
  • Supervise on-site activities including lanyard and ID badge printing for event participants
  • Ensure all registration materials, equipment, and logistics are ready and functioning for each event
  • Work closely with event coordinators and vendors to meet operational requirements and timelines
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and address issues promptly
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for management and key stakeholders
  • Conduct post-event assessments to identify lessons learned and process improvements
     
  • Qualification

    Work Experience
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in project coordination, team leadership, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
     
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Project management methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Communication and leadership: Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Organization and planning: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Handling project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Technical proficiency: Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) – from PMI
  • Agile/Scrum certifications – e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
