Messaging and M365 Analyst
Job Description
Help manage Messaging and M365 environment.
Respond to client support requests.
Monitor team Service Now queue
Create process and testing documentation in TEAMS channel
Create detailed documentation
Participate in Change Advisory Board Meetings
Participate in 24x7 on-call rota.
Occasional travel to other offices as needed
Qualification
Proven 10+ years work experience in Messaging support environment.
Experience in a large complex Messaging environment with the following:
MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online hybrid
Powershell scripting
Office 365
MS Teams
OneDrive
Active Directory
Intune
Entra ID
Rightfax/Fax2Mail
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Any migration experience useful
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
