Marketing and Communications Specialist

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet client objectives such as building a new brand, website, email marketing and events
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and social media
  • Coordinate with Australian clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Oversee project management from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Manage marketing resources effectively to maximise efficiency and impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and marketing materials
  • Write blogs, social media content, and website content by leveraging AI platforms
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
  • Perform administrative tasks to help operate the business and learn the business side of the marketing agency
  • Qualification

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with outstanding verbal and written abilities.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working with tech clients is a plus.
  • Awards in school are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., website builder, email marketing, CRM systems, social media platforms).
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work during Australian business hours.
  • Working from home with the opportunity to meet the broader team as needed.
