This role provides governance and subject matter expertise in the development and delivery of technology-based projects, operating under the Digital Office Solutions Delivery Organizations and reporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager. The position ensures proper execution of software factory projects by vendors, working closely with internal teams such as Product, Project Management, OA, and Development. It involves leading multidisciplinary project teams across the full software development lifecycle-from solution design to deployment-while ensuring code quality, managing backlog items, and mitigating risks. The role also plays a key part in architectural design discussions and collaborates across functions to enhance features and platform performance.

Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Back- End Technical Lead handling teams of back-end developers

Hands-on experience in consuming REST services, as well as SOAP, GraphQL and Restful Services are an advantage.
