Delivery Operations Manager
Job Description
The Delivery Operations Manager oversees day-to-day execution across multiple delivery support functions. This role focuses on making sure that systems, people, and processes are performing consistently and efficiently. It connects the dots between HR, IT, Learning, and Analytics to keep operations running smoothly across client accounts. The role is hands-on and structured, built for someone who can manage multiple moving parts without losing control of the details. Lead daily operations across HR, IT, L&E, and Reporting functions. Enforce delivery standards, SOPs, and service-level consistency across all departments. Coordinate internal teams to ensure readiness for new staff onboarding, role transitions, and seat planning. Monitor performance dashboards, raise red flags early, and drive issue resolution. Run operating rhythms: department syncs, reports, and cadence routines. Ensure delivery functions are prepared to scale in line with new client needs and seat growth. Partner with Recruitment and Client Success to solve delivery bottlenecks and resource alignment.
Qualification
Strong operational management experience across shared services, delivery coordination, or client-facing ops. Working knowledge of workforce planning, resource deployment, and cross-functional coordination. Familiar with BPO or offshore environments and volume-driven team structures.
