Copilot Studio Lead (P400k Sign-on Bonus)
Job Description
Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Develop workflows, data integrations, and user experiences using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and others.
Translate customer pain points or ideas into functional agents with minimal turnaround time.
Participate in customer calls, demos, and workshops to understand needs and demonstrate solutions.
Maintain a fast iteration cycle to keep agent development on schedule.
Qualification
10–15 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise project management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in technology implementation projects
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or a strong interest and ability to ramp up quickly.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
Ability to understand and implement low-code/no-code solutions rapidly.
Experience or familiarity with AI/LLMs, chatbot frameworks, or agent orchestration tools is a strong plus
Experience with customer-facing roles or solution design workshops
