Business Process and Continuity Analyst
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business processes across in-scope streams.Develop clear and standardized process documentation (e.g., workflows, SOPs, guidelines, and reference materials).Support the creation and implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) plan, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify potential disruptions and recommend mitigation strategies.Structure and maintain documentation in a way that is user-friendly, consistent, and scalable.Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure documentation and continuity plans are accurate, complete, and relevant.Support periodic testing, reviews, and updates of BCM plans.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory/industry standards.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in process documentation, business analysis, or business continuity planning.Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, or equivalent).Familiarity with BCM frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, or equivalent) is an advantage.
