Job Description
System Management & Support
Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Manage and support Power Platform environments: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
Handle system issues, enhancements, and Tier 2/3 support for internal users.
Process Automation & Solution Design
Partner with internal departments to analyze existing workflows and propose solutions for automation.
Build custom apps using Power Apps and automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate.
Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide visibility and support decision-making. Document system configurations, workflows, and solution designs.
Qualification
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM modules). 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions. Solid understanding of business operations, especially in sales, service, and operational workflows. Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
