AI Studio Lead

Job Description

The AI Studio Lead is responsible for building and leading the AI Studio team that designs, develops, deploys, and continuously improves AI agents for customers of the company. This role combines leadership, solution architecture, AI product management, and customer engagement to ensure every AI agent delivers measurable business value.AI Studio Leadership
  • Build, lead, mentor, and grow the AI Studio team. 
  • Establish development standards, governance, and quality assurance processes.
  • Define the AI Studio roadmap, priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage project delivery, resource planning, and workload allocation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
    • AI Solution Design
  • Work with customers to understand business challenges and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Design AI agent architectures and workflows that solve real business problems.
  • Translate business requirements into AI specifications and implementation plans.
  • Recommend the appropriate AI models, tools, integrations, and knowledge sources.
    • AI Agent Development
  • Oversee the creation of AI agents, Digital Workers, and Digital Twins.
  • Guide prompt engineering, agent orchestration, memory design, and workflow automation.
  • Ensure AI agents follow best practices for accuracy, reliability, security, and user experience.
  • Review and approve AI solutions before deployment.

    • Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, AI solutions, automation, or digital transformation. 
  • 2+ years leading technical or AI teams. 
  • Experience designing AI-powered business solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. 
    • Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks. 
  • Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). 
  • Experience integrating AI with Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, APIs, or business applications. 
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or n8n. 
  • Experience building customer-facing AI products
