Our chefs and cooks are highly trained experts in the preparation of Asian and Western cuisines, as well as Special and Medical meals. We have a kitchen exclusively for Japanese traditional cuisines and a Halal kitchen certified by the Malaysian Halal Consultancy Training Agency. We have an in-house Food laboratory, supervised by Quality Assurance professionals. It is 100% HACCP compliant and passed the approval of the Bureau of Quarantine, DOH.
