DURAWOOD CONSTRUCTION AND LUMBER SUPPLY, INC and DURAVILLE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Durawood Construction and Lumber Supply, Inc was duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. 177429 on May 24, 1990 with the primary purpose to engage in selling hardware, construction and electrical materials, insofar as maybe permitted by law. The secondary purposes, among others, are to promote, contract for, manage or administer housing projects, subdivision operations, real estate developments, and other transactions involving the rights to real estate or any interests therein. Durawood had its humble beginning on May 24, 1990, when the husband and wife team of Orlando S. Bongat and Cristina S. Bongat started the company's construction supply business. In a short period of time, Durawood showed its market dominance in Antipolo and the nearby municipalities in the Province of Rizal. Serving the construction needs of subdivision developers and contractors operating in the Province of Rizal, Durawood was able to evolve its way into the Real Estate Industry. Thus, to fully support the operation of a corporation that would engage itself in the development of the real estate industry, the Duraville Realty and Development Corporation was organized. Duraville Realty and Development Corporationwas duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. ASO91-197697 on November 6, 1991 with the primary purpose to acquire by purchase, lease, donation or otherwise, and to own, use, improve, develop and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds, whether improve, manage or otherwise dispose of buildings, houses, apartments and other structures of whatever kind, together with their appurtenances. For its initial venture, Duraville started with the construction of a few units. Few years after, the Company formally engaged into subdivision development, townhouses, high rise building and socialized housing development to support the government housing program.
