C. M. PANCHO CONSTRUCTION, INC., recently gained another milestone in its corporate career by successfully passing the INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION AUDIT for ISO 9001: 2000 and OHSAS 18001, for Quality and Occupational Health and Safety respectively, last May 2 – 4, 2007. The certification audit was conducted by TUV SUD PHILIPPINES, INC. at the company's three major areas of concern, eg. Main Office, Equipment Depot, and one on going Project Site.
The process of integration, alignment and documentation of the company's processes to International Standards came systematic and fast, primarily because, the TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) is long been implemented across all levels of the organization.
Just as we finished project ahead of schedule, the ISO CERTIFICATION was achieved within the standard six (6) month preparation. The success of the undertaking came through the concerted effort and sheer hard work put in by the Management, department heads, staff and the consultant, NEVILLE-CLARKE who provide expert knowledge of Management systems implementation, practical consultancy support, guidance and training.
Furthermore, the results of the company's CERTIFICATION AUDIT is an epitome of the company's transformation viewed from outside. TQM is a way of life for CMPCI, a quality system introduced and led by top management.
The Company, through its Board of Directors and ISO proponent, ENGR. GERARDO V. PANCHO, the President and Chief Executive Officer, exudes and guarantees, TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, promotion of OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY and CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT at all levels of its organization.
