A. T. DUMLAO CONSTRUCTION, INC. (ATDCI) is a holder of Contractor's License No. 34028, issued by the Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board. Bearing the name of its founder, the license further serves as a testament of the founder's legacy of quality and commitment to the highest standard. With industry experience spanning more than 60 years, ATDCI has been instrumental in many government and private projects, with infrastructure projects ranging from buildings; drainage, flood control, water distribution systems; as well as roads and bridges.

Started in 1949, the Company credits its success to its excellent roster of technical personnel driven by a shared spirit of teamwork and hard work, ably supported by equally capable and committed administrative staff, and complemented with a complete line of construction equipment wholly owned by the Company. It is this impeccable combination that have continually empowered ATDCI to render quality services to its constantly increasing clientele delivering projects on time, on budget.
