Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in front-end user interface development for enterprise-level web applications.
Experience with SASS/LESS is a plus.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and resolutions.
Demonstrable experience in designing responsive web applications.
Experience implementing accessibility WCAG 2.1 standards in web applications, or basic knowledge with willingness to learn.
Experience with optimizing front-end code to be performant, scalable, and extensible.
Experience in an Agile SDLC, scrum, and kanban.
Experience working with collaboration and issue-tracking tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence, and JIRA.
Experience using source control management tools such as GIT and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Must be able to work in a structured development environment and follow coding standards and design patterns.
Proactively collaborates with other teams/team members (UX, Enterprise Architecture, Quality Assurance, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Information Security, regional teams) across global time zones with the utmost professionalism, tact, and resolve.
