Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Recruitment Technology lateral hiring
  • Manage Stakeholders on demands external fulfillment
  • Report status accurate and forecast the fulfillment
  • Manage risks and issue with Leads and Stakeholders
  • Strategize candidate processing to increase yield
  • Effectively work with other Recruitment groups (HRSS, Sourcing, Onboarding) to make the Candidates Recruitment experience rewarding
  • Measure team performance and provide feedback to people
  • Keep people engaged to work and team
  • Manage issues and risks
  • Train and develop skills of team members

Qualifications

Educational Attainment

College Graduate

Min. Work Experience

7 years

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree course
  • Must have at least 7 years experience in Recruitment with at least 3 years Technology recruitment experience
  • Experince in Volume hiring
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Experience in hiring foreign candidates
