• Must have 10+ years of experience with Windows Desktops and Windows Servers • Must have experience with DATTO RMM and ConnectWise Connect • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and other virtualization tools • Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365, SQL, SharePoint, etc. • Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security • Utilize RMM (remote) to serve client environments and troubleshoot higher-level system alerts • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services/RDS, and Citrix • Troubleshoot Exchange and SQL issues as well as AD domain-related problems • Administer hosted solution services including Office 365 and its related technologies such as email archiving, encryption, etc. • Communication with clients and management as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
