Sr Technical Recruiter
Conduct in-depth phone screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation etc.
Cultivate relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
Applies strategic recruitment using various sourcing channels, techniques, and technologies, inclusive of social media
Manage Client Experience through regular communications
Real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring via Applicant Tracking System
Presents applicant portfolio based on the required format to their respective client/s
Schedule candidates’ interview with the Hiring Manager
Extends job offer to candidates
Stay current on market trends and innovative sourcing practices
Weekly reporting of endorsements and status
Other tasks as may be delegated by the company or as required by the position
3-5 Years working experience as a Recruitment Partner
At least 1-3 years experience in Technical Recruitment
Familiar with ATS systems
Highly collaborative, good communication skills and client facing skills
