We are recruiting for a Mid-level Software Engineer who will be part of our Mobile Development (Flutter) Team in Manila. The role will play an essential role in developing Flutter mobile applications that could help and impact the organization.

What will you do in this role?
Develop and maintain iOS and Android applications using Flutter.
Maintain high standards of code quality.
Report and estimate the development status on a regular basis.
Write feature design specification documents for coding and design activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
Resolve all the bugs reported by the QA team in a timely manner.
Mentor junior developers during development.
Continuous integration and deployment.
What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
You will be ideal for this part if you have at least 1 year of experience in mobile development, enjoy working in a fast-based environment, and able to work with other developers to solve a problem.
In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:
Educated to degree level in a relevant IT/Software related degree.
At least 2 years of experience as Flutter Developer.
Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs and integration of various APIs from third parties.
Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion etc. and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.
Strong knowledge on Android/iOS UI design principles, patterns, best practices, and state management.
Experience working remotely and coordinating tech initiatives with different teams to deliver projects.
Worked at any stage startup or have developed projects of their own ideas.
Very good command of English Language, Spoken and written
