Your primary role is to create and implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients through online channels, we would like to meet you. Y

our Hocus Pocus Accountabilities:

  • Social Media Strategy and Integration 
  • Leads social channel strategy by setting up robust action plans that work cohesively with products and brands and ultimately contribute to the growth of the business and overall sales 
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Social Marketing Programs & Management 
  • Have the basic knowledge in drafting engaging text, image, and video content
  • Activate social media campaigns
  • Organize and support online or in-person events to boost brand awareness 
  • Gather and monitor social analytics and internal data sources against target KPI’s to identify areas of opportunity and strategic focus 
  • Report weekly, monthly, quarterly on KPI’s specific to objectives, and optimize approaches based on learning 
  • Check all social conversations daily to learn what customers are thinking and respond to any questions or requests in a responsible manner in-line with the personality and culture of the company 
  • Execute an always-on content calendar to engage HR professionals on upcoming events, occasions
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness 
  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way 
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics 
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions 
  • Maintain employee engagement through social media tools

Qualification Summary

  • College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, New Media or related work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist for at least 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of social channels and digital trends 
  • Proven experience using data and insights to drive social engagement by offering compelling and valuable content to appropriate audiences and customers 
  • Proven success in managing social channels, content monitoring, social listening, reporting and paid social advertising 
  • Strategic and creative approach to problem solving and solutions-building
  • Project management skills and organizational skills
  • Familiar with social listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite (at least 2 years) 
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics (at least 2 years) 
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels 
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
