- Confident communication (written and oral) skills, including English
- Sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to solving client needs and managing complex client relationships
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks, balance deliverables on internal obligations with multiple client projects
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals!

The Senior Sales Executive play a vital role in our company, as this person will be responsible for sourcing and closing deals with clients at the highest level of their executive management.
The ideal candidate for this position has sales experience with hospitality industry software system solutions. For example, sales experience with Point of Sales Systems for hotels, restaurants and bars is a definite plus!

Responsibilities include assessing the market, building a pipeline of deals, targeting and closing key clients. You will develop opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients. This includes identifying the client position in the industry, understanding their decision-making process and creating meaningful and lasting relationships with them.
