  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality industry Sales and/or Account Management 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate with internal team members 
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office suite of services 
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills, including English 
  • Sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to solving client needs and managing complex client relationships 
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, balance deliverables on internal obligations with multiple client projects 
  • Strong sales skills and ability to close deals! 

Skills Required

Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive play a vital role in our company, as this person will be responsible for sourcing and closing deals with clients at the highest level of their executive management.     

The ideal candidate for this position has sales experience with hospitality industry software system solutions.  For example, sales experience with Point of Sales Systems for hotels, restaurants and bars is a definite plus! 

We are looking for a positive-minded, high-energy, self-driven individual to work with a very dynamic group of Mosaic team members.  We are building and growing throughout the region and looking for a closer to help drive this process! 

Responsibilities include assessing the market, building a pipeline of deals, targeting and closing key clients.  You will develop opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients.  This includes identifying the client position in the industry, understanding their decision-making process and creating meaningful and lasting relationships with them.
