Job Description
Application Support Engineer
- Provide technical support for SAP Basis Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems, including performance tuning, system upgrades, and patching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems.
- Ensure smooth system operations by monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Document technical procedures and best practices for SAP Basis Administration.
Application Developer - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- File system monitoring, as well as of the Early Watch, move transport to production on demand, databases restore, copying of databases.
- Analysis and installation of SAP Notes as well as creation of notes if necessary.
- Perform system updates and system upgrades, rename, system refresh, system copy, Hana DB Admin (Backups, import and export tables and monitoring).
- Resolution of incidents and errors, performance issues and analysis.
- Some of SAP systems are: ECC, Java Stack, PO, PI, SOLMAN, WebDispatcher, Portal

- The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based in Manila.
- Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
- Required Skill: Expertise in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to SAP systems.

- Excellent documentation skills for technical procedures and best practices.
