We are recruiting for a Salesforce Developer who will be part of our Cambridge Publishing Solutions team. The role supports the delivery pillar of the business and would be part of the team that configures the Salesforce platform.

What will you do in this role?
Working under the Team Lead, you will:
Participate in implementation of software development, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as producing technical documentation
Work closely with key stakeholders to support business objectives using an Agile approach
Ability to diagnose intermediate technical issues involving software applications and interfaces
Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories, discover customer and company needs, systems and operations requirements, customer rollout requirements, and usability
What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
You will be ideal for this part if you 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar or related role. You will make a strong candidate if you have demonstrable experience in all configuration functions such as developing objects, record types, page layouts, user security management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflow rules, approvals, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:
At least 2 year of experience in Salesforce development and configuration
Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I or similar) is an advantage
Proficient in the full Salesforce offering such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, additional experience in Service Cloud is a bonus
Knowledge of Flows, Lightning, Apex, Triggers and API's
Skills in Web Services (Rest/SOAP) and understand data and integration patterns for CRM
Qualification
You will be ideal for this part if you 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar or related role.
