RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform total account management to recruitment needs of the clients by serving as a point of contact for all client management matters
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management
- Ensure effective and efficient problem solving and assistance according to client needs and objectives
- Placement of jobs, close transactions of client’s vacated positions and increase business with prospective and existing clients to meet budgeted sales revenue target and growth of Zigzag’s business.
- Ensures client satisfaction by providing quality service and generating additional business.
- Assists in the creation of SRF Define hiring and sourcing approach for the position.
- Prepare and create recruitment related reports and presentations as requested by Client
- Serve as a source of advice, consultation, and support for Hiring Managers in the areas of operations and support staffing
- Sends daily updates to clients and participates in calibration meetings
- Maintains Client’s engagement by regular touch base either thru face to face, phone or email.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Provide feedback to Hiring Managers on the expectations of potential candidates
- Update and communicate all Recruitment metrics to relevant managers in a timely manner
- Proper Documentation of Processes (all correspondence)- Client Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Coordinate with all departments within the company to provide solutions to Clients requests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must have an in depth understanding and background in total account management
- Have excellent English Communication Skills, both written and oral.
- Must have good coordination skills.
- Can handle pressure and work stress
- Can thrive in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
- Can work with less supervision
- Have good analytical skills
- Preferably with Sales and/or Business Development work related background
- Knowledgeable in Google Docs and Gmail
- Willing to render overtime during holidays and rest days if needed
- Willing to start immediately
- Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City at 7am to 4pm
