ZigZag Media is looking for the most talented Quality Specialist to join our team!
The Quality Specialist will be part of the team responsible for translation quality in all of Gengo’s 40+ languages. You will own quality investigations, from deep diving into the root cause of an issue to communicating the outcome to all relevant parties. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data about translations and ask the right questions to come up with action plans for customers, translators and reviewers.

Customers order human translation through our website or our API, which lets you plug into our growing network of over 20,000 translators. Gengo helps a wide range of customers — from individual businesses to global enterprises. Approximately 60 employees call themselves Gengons, located in offices around the globe including Tokyo, San Mateo, London and Manila. Although spread-out, we function as one-team through "wormholes" — our always-on video portals. Essentially, our headquarters is on the Internet!
