Product Implementation Lead
Job Description
The Product Implementation Lead, coordinating closely with the clients and internal teams (business
stakeholders, sales, contract management, software development team, marketing, finance, operations, and senior
leadership) is responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of our logistics platform, products,
and services for our customers/clients. This also includes but is not limited to client onboarding and client/partner
integrations. The Product Implementation Lead manages cross-functional teams who are responsible for delivering
the approved initiatives on time and with quality results. The Product Implementation Manager assists Management
where required.
Qualification
BS/BA Degree in Technology related field and/or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in solutions/product implementation
3-5 years experience in solutions/product implementation
1) Conduct discovery session/s with internal and external customers/clients to understand and assess their requirements. Serving as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on how to maximize Entrego’s products and services.
2) Maintain and manage prioritization of customer's/client's requirements in the product backlog.
3) Collaborates with stakeholders and the tech team to do an impact assessment and recommends a solution for each requirement.
4) Leads the implementation and/or configuration of Entrego products and services with internal and external customers/clients.
5) Monitors the progress and provides updates of product implementation to clients/customers and stakeholders.
6) Supports clients/customers during integration thru collaboration with the different stakeholders (tech, business units, operations, legal, etc.)
7) Include compliance and development standards as part of the DoD (Definition of Done).
8) Post-implementation support to clients/customers in coordination with the different stakeholders (tech, business units, operations, legal, etc.)
9) Documentation and handover of processes (as needed) to clients/customers.
