REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience working in product, support, or marketing, ideally at a mature SaaS company
  • You write accurately, concisely, empathically, and with a human tone of voice. You’ve got strong  examples to show us (we care deeply about this one)
  • You have world-class communication skills: written, verbal, and visual
  • You have a proven record of creating successful product content that had a measurable impact
  • You’re naturally inquisitive (particularly about software). You pick things up quickly, and you can comfortably articulate complex concepts and interactions with simple language (we care deeply about this one too)
  •  As well as a having sharp eye for detail, you’re focused on the bigger picture
  • You’re the most organised person you know, and can comfortably manage multiple tasks
  • You’re a proactive problem solver, resourceful and work autonomously. This is key
  • You’re ambitious, with a growth-oriented mindset
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
In addition to the required qualifications it would be extra special if the applicant has the following qualifications:
 
  • You’ve partnered closely with product or engineering teams before
  • You’re capable of creating beautiful, annotated screenshots. We obsess over getting our
  • screenshots just right.
  • You’re a very confident public speaker. We have an evolving webinar programme that we encourage all team members to contribute to. Maybe you’ve delivered lectures or training before. Although not a requirement, if you have any examples of your speaking on camera, we’d love to see them

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Our product gets better every single day, so our content needs to reflect that. You’ll be deeply involved in the creation and continuous evolution of the educational content. This content will be used by thousands of our customers each month.
 
You’ll work very closely with our product team - staying on top of our roadmap, so you can keep our content up-to-date. From day 1 your mission will be to gain an encyclopedic knowledge of how all TRIBE works so you can comfortably write about it. Nobody at TRIBE will understand our products as well as you will.
 
We envisage our product documentation being far more than FAQs and ‘how-to’ articles. Our customers depend on us for best-practice and motivational content. To help you create this, you’ll garner an intimate understanding of our customers’ JTBD.
 
You will build our help docs from the ground up, you’ll also plan, present and create content for regular educational webinars attended by our customers.
 
Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to other marketing content, such as our books, our popular blog, our educational videos, transactional emails and more
