Our product gets better every single day, so our content needs to reflect that. You’ll be deeply involved in the creation and continuous evolution of the educational content. This content will be used by thousands of our customers each month.
You’ll work very closely with our product team - staying on top of our roadmap, so you can keep our content up-to-date. From day 1 your mission will be to gain an encyclopedic knowledge of how all TRIBE works so you can comfortably write about it. Nobody at TRIBE will understand our products as well as you will.
We envisage our product documentation being far more than FAQs and ‘how-to’ articles. Our customers depend on us for best-practice and motivational content. To help you create this, you’ll garner an intimate understanding of our customers’ JTBD.
You will build our help docs from the ground up, you’ll also plan, present and create content for regular educational webinars attended by our customers.
Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to other marketing content, such as our books, our popular blog, our educational videos, transactional emails and more
