Job Overview:

A Process Analyst in the Global Customer Operations (GCO) organization works closely with Process Owners and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement culture through process improvement initiatives and collaborations. The successful applicant will join the Process Management team as an expert for comprehensive business process documentation, management, and improvement.


Responsibilities would include some of the following:

  • Create current-state and future-state process models used for process analysis
  • Initiate process assessments to evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness and create findings and change recommendations for improvement
  • Complete process gap analysis and transactional process documentation requests using consultative and proactive engagement frameworks
  • Execute the end-to-end document lifecycle to ensure consistent quality work from the process creation to consumption
  • Utilize aging and usage reports, and other resources to create insights for proactive periodic reviews
  • Ensure implementation of standards in controlling, maintaining, securing, and updating business process documents
  • Champion and support global and cross-functional initiatives for process improvement

  • Highly analytical, proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies and create actionable insights and improvement recommendations
  • Self-starter, energetic, comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrate a structured and systematic way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Strong task management and attention to details
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (e.g. 11pm to 8am MNL, Monday to Friday)
