Job Description

Job Overview
We are looking for a People Analyst in the Organization Development team to help in the delivery of the organization's people analytics road map.  You will be crucial in supporting stakeholders on the use and interpretation of HR metrics.
Overall, you will play a key role in promoting effective, data-driven decision making within our Human Resources teams and the wider business through your delivery of timely and accurate data and insights.
What are your key duties and deliverables within the 12-month project period?
  • Be a subject matter expert and coach to HR colleagues and the wider business
  • Represent HR and the Employee Experience function to provide data expertise and actionable insight for a diverse range of working groups
  • Create, maintain and deliver routine metrics, dashboards and scorecards to support the HR and organizational strategy
  • Timely and accurate provision of people data and metrics to comply with legislative reporting requirements and audit requests
  • Ownership of projects or project work streams requiring people analytics expertise
  • Provide HR with ad-hoc data analysis and recommendations as required
  • Makes recommendations regarding people analytics requirements for projects and working groups
  • Make recommendations regarding potential data quality issues
*This is for a 12-month employment contract

Qualification Summary

To be suitable for the role you should have:
  • Degree with a statistical/mathematical element or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR analyst or HRIS role (ideally Workday and SuccessFactors)
  • Experience of using a data visualization tool (ideally PowerBI) to build reports and dashboards
  • Advanced Excel skills including statistical analysis, HRIS and reporting tools
  • Data troubleshooting
  • Experience in presenting data and insights to diverse audience.
