Job Description

  •  Provides desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues.
  • Performs installations, repairs, upgrades, backups and other maintenance tasks. 
  • Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. 
  • Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. 
  • Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
  • Provide remote assistance to end-users.

Qualification Summary

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related course.
  • 2 years of experience in technical diagnostics such as resetting password, bouncing PU, resetting remote devices 
  • Experience in providing In-House Service Desk 
  • Experience L1 Support (Active Directory, MS Exchange) 
  • Knowledge of basic problem resolution and escalation practices
