Job Description

The Assistant HR Manager will provide leadership and support services in all key HR areas such as but not limited to C&B, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Labor Law, Case and Attrition Management.

  • Support the HR Head in Leading the HR team and developing the skills and capabilities of each staff members
  • Monitors performance, attendance and employee behaviors
  • Coordinates Employee Trainings
  • Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

Educational Attainment

College Graduate

Min. Work Experience

5 years

  • Must be a graduate of Management course, preferably Psychology
  • Must have HR Background with adequate working knowledge of a minimum of 5 years
  • Must have a solid working experience in all key HR areas preferably from BPO Industry
  • Must possess string leadership skills with knowledge in delegating, mentoring and coaching
  • Must have a clear understanding of the Philippine Labor Law and its application
  • Must have advanced problem-solving skills
  • Must gave advanced counseling skills
  • Must have a strong verbal and listening communication skills
  • Must have above average English Written communication Skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
  • Must demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Must be trustworthy with high level of integrity
  • Must have a strong and pleasing personality
  • Must have a good analytical skills and good judgement
