Working as an HRAdministrator for Cambridge Assessment in this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to join a busy and collaborative team working on a variety of HR related tasks. Getting involved in everything from entering data onto the HR System which impacts payroll to change of line manager or absences and holidays, you'll ensure all administration and issuing of letters is done in a timely and customer focused fashion.
About the role:
You will oversee and transact all employee data changes and updates.
You will provide an excellent Customer Service to managers and employees, being the first point of reference for HR queries, escalating to level 2 when required ensuring a positive employee experience. You will ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate party
You will assist in the research, escalation and resolution of Success Factors related operational issues.
You will provide professional and confidentialHRadministrative and transactionalsupport throughout all stages of the employee life cycle with high accuracy of data input into the HR System and production of documentation; enabling effective downstream feeds, in particular payroll. Assist in employee recruitment and on/off boarding, leave management, HR compliance, and records management and retention.
Collaboratewith colleagues within the immediateHR Service Centre Team and wider HR function to share knowledge and insights on trends, priorities and challenges; seek out opportunities for continuousimprovement, ensuring a consistent approach to executingHR policies and processes
Participate in HR projects and tasks relevant to the role, to inform current HR practice and improve services to the business in the future
Min. Work Experience
You willhave an excellent level of written and spoken English, with proven communication skills
Time Management – you willhave the ability to organize, prioritize and be flexible to meet changing demands
Have proven ability and knowledge of working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Have excellent attention to detail is essential
Want to learn new tasks and gain skills and knowledge
Experience of HR systems in particular Success Factors (Desirable)
Experience working with multiple processes and regulations
HRAdministration experience or similar role(Desirable)
