  • More than three (3) years of direct experience in Risk Management/Business Continuity /Disaster Recovery Planning in BPO or Banking/Financial Services environment.
  • You are enterprising, driven and hands on.  
  • Excellent people skills - effectively liaise with different people from executive to associate level.
  • You are factual, quality-focused and data-driven in your approach – your output is well-understood, dependable and actionable.
  • Telecom/IT exposure will be a strong plus (though not compulsory).

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Business Resiliency Director to support a comprehensive reengineering of existing BCP/DRP processes to establish a relevant, resilient and best-in-class practice.
  • Develop key operational manuals, process plans and scenario documents around the implementation and keep them updated and relevant at all times.
  • Certify BCP/DRP readiness at each physical Site and compliance with contractual requirements and expectations for projects housed in those sites.
  • Invoking and executing the BCP/DRP plan under direct supervision of Business Resiliency Director and deliver swift, calibrated response to incidents/situations.
  • Ensuring that mission critical processes, tools and teams across different departments are resilient and prepared for swift recovery.
  • Conduct audits on preparedness, awareness, effectiveness of BCP/DRP plans and procedures.  Report status and action plans.
  • Deliver workshops to train functional teams, line managers and all others who are stakeholders in the BCP/DRP process.
