• As a Data Migration Analyst, you person will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and ensuring client requirements are met. You will also be responsible for assisting in data migration related activities throughout a project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include delivery of detailed documentation relevant to all activities associated with data migration.   • The candidate will require a willingness to learn new processes and procedures related to methodology, project lifecycle, etc. The candidate must also possess excellent customer service skills in order to work with complex business requirements.   • ERP background related to Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, etc. are relevant as data migration activities require a base level of understanding in the scope of data migration related work.   • The candidate needs to be a self-driven individual that is capable to take on implementation and internal work to continue to develop a fast-evolving practice. Candidates must possess a high-level attention to detail in order to deliver quality work in a critical area for all projects. The ability to critically think on fast moving projects for meaningful solutions are a must in order to maintain project timelines.   • The candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. The candidate may be required to assist in other areas of the firm, thus requiring a team first mentality.
