RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Reply to all incoming tickets, this includes email, phone calls, social media chats.
  • Monitor social media comments and reply to the proper questions.
  • Input customer info into our CRM system for future customer service.
  • May help with outgoing calls to win customers back.
  • Communicate with founders and science team to ensure proper customer service.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • At least 2-4 years of experience with communications / customer support
  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Strong communication skills - English
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self starter and can work with less supervision
  • Quick learner
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
In addition to the required qualifications it would be extra special if the applicant has the following qualifications:
 
  • Interests in genetics, wellness, health, fitness
  • Outbound call experience
  • Sales skills

We are looking for a passionate and smart Customer Delight Specialist that can we can trust to be the frontline of communication with our customers. This person needs to have EXCEPTIONAL English, be willing to do the studying to learn the science aspects of our company and very organized to stay on top of all our incoming tickets.
