We are recruiting for a Credit Controller who will be part of our US Credit Team. This team is responsible for Managing the asset of debt for Cambridge University Press, within the global credit policy, by means of on time collection and responsible credit decisions.

What will you do in this role?
Credit Controllers hold accountability for a set of customers assigned to their charge. As a Credit Controller, you would be managing US customers, with low value, high volume accounts. You are responsible for your customer's credit needs, while adhering to the credit policy.
You would be expected to manage your accounts in the following ways:
- Assist with creation and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Creating and maintaining monthly aged debtor/credit reports.
- Chasing unpaid invoices by phone and email.
- Dealing with any queries and resolving on a timely basis.
- Maintaining up to date notes against each customer detailing actions taken and to be taken.
