● At least 3 years working experience handling Compensation and Benefits


● Will handle Compensation and Benefits;
● Your main role is to encode and post government benefits;
● Files government loans, notifications and updates leaves;
● Encodes new hire information on HRIS;
● Tracks pantry salary deductions;
● Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits is a plus;
● Development, administration, and implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and programs,
including but not limited to, the overall company compensation pay philosophy, bonus programs, merit
programs, salary adjustments, salary benchmarking, pay grade creation and employee long-term incentive
plans, health insurance, dental, vision, short term and long term disability insurance, basic and voluntary life
insurance, flexible spending account plans, health savings accounts, employee assistance program, wellness
initiatives, etc.;
● Audits the compensation programs to ensure that the same are consistently administered in compliance with
company policies, practices, and applicable laws;
● Prepare and submit reports of the performance of the compensation and benefit programs of the Company;
● Evaluate and recommend changes to comprehensive compensation/benefit package and /or communication
strategy to assure that the same are competitive, cost effective, and easily understood by the employees;
● Prepare and participate in compensation surveys to ensure wage and salary rates are internally equitable and
externally competitive;
● Build statistical models for the purpose of analyzing and interpreting external salary survey data;
● Gather and analyze pay information related to compensation, recommends corrective or alternative actions to
resolve HR related issues; and,
● Effectively communicate the compensation and benefit program of the Company to the employees.
