Job Description


  • Directs and supervises the study and analysis of personnel programs, policies and procedures relative to recruitment, selection and placement;
  • Coordinates and supervises the activities of personnel in providing agencies under the Department with guides and standards in personnel management and promoting and maintaining career and employee development programs;
  • Advises the Department Service Chief on matters regarding personnel policies and procedures;
  • Establishes personnel information systems in the Department;
  • Conducts periodic personnel audit in the Sectoral Offices under the Department to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines on placement and submits recommendation on the result of the audit;
  • Performs such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Summary

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
  • Four (4) years of Supervisory/Management experience
  • Forty (40) hours of Supervisory/Management Learning and Development
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility
