Job Description

  1. Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development
  2. Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  3. Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
  4. Consult with clients to determine their requirements
  5. Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
  6. Organize and manage permit documents
  7. Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
  8. Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and customer’sneeds
  9. Drawing plans using specialized design software packages.
  10. Ensuring that the plans meet the client’s specifications.
  11. Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, external providers, service-providers, site worker and other professionals.
  12. Following the project in case there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks.
  13. Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done in accordance with the plan.
  14. Follows any assignments & tasks to be given by the Planning Section Head

  • Willing to do overtimes
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere if necessity arises

  • Willing to travel within the projects of the company
