Job Description

The Role To achieve our continued growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to manage our Solution Engineering team in the implementation of customer solutions and integrations using our platform. You will be reporting to the Services & Operations Manager in Manila, with indirect reporting to the Delivery Manager in Australia, as well as working with other members of our Support, Solution Engineering and Sales teams in Manila, Australia, and other geographies. We’re looking for a energetic, seasoned professional with proven enterprise B2B software and technology project expertise and software development leadership skills, who brings a ‘can-do’ attitude to every part of the job. This role requires attention to detail, super organisation skills, a proactive approach to meeting customer requirements. You will develop deep knowledge of our product suite, and the profile of customers that we work with. You’ll be the advocate for the customer. Your #1 goal is to satisfy and exceed their expectations and to ensure the quality of services delivered by the team for the customer is of the highest order. You’ll contribute to the successful delivery of customer solutions and projects, on-time and onbudget. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will be important when needing to engage on customer calls and meetings, as well as to other stakeholders in Reekoh. Responsibilities

  • Ability to produce scoping, requirements, statement of work and other relevant project documentation. 
  • Proactive and open communication with customers and stakeholders on progress, issues, change requests, support requests. 
  • Work with team members in other regions to coordinate and maximise efforts. 
  • Translation of R&D and product priorities into backlog tasks, and management of bench resources for service and project delivery. 
  • Lead the service and project development from start to completion by planning, implementation, monitoring and controlling, and completing using best practices, tools, and technologies in a timely, on budget, and meeting objectives and expectations. 
  • Design and propose alternatives and new thinking to continually improve service engineering practices and deliver optimal solutions. 
  • Determine the necessary resources and allocate responsibilities and tasks to appropriate employees to meet the service and project objectives. 
  • Supervise software engineers' learning and development activities, facilitate performance monitoring, and assist in mentoring to optimise their potential and ability to contribute to the organisation, including identifying key performance indicators and evaluating performance results. 
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and industry events, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, contributing to social media, and distributing marketing content.

What We Need to See from You

  • Graduate of any IT related course. 
  • At least 3 years in technology project management 
  • Experience with delivering for enterprise IT customers and with being face-to-face with the customers themselves (either locally or remotely) 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) for both external customers and internal team (i.e. CEO, CTO, Sales Manager, Solution Architect)
  •  Experience with leading teams of software developers 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and full software development lifecycle is essential (a technical or software engineering background would be highly beneficial) 
  • ITIL, Prince2 or other relevant certification 
  • Experience in IoT, networking and network protocols are a bonus.
