Talent Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

  • Gathered data from different tools
  • Merge ATS data, Market Intelligence data, Realms data and Proact data
  • Run data and come up wih table and charts for Adhoc studies
  • Maintain database which is excel, but will be using a data warehouse moving forward 

    • Qualification

    Bachelor's Degree Must Have Skills:
    2 to 3 years work experience with 1 year experience on the below:
    Experienced in database creation, development and management, ETL
    Experienced in any data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL, Phython)

    Good to Have Skills:
    Research skills and experience – either market research, business/financial research, database administration
    Analysis and insight generation – preferably market research, but could also be business or financial research
