Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical and detail oriented Omnichannel Systems Administrator to support, optimize, and expand our customer engagement ecosystem. This role focuses heavily on our Five9 telephony platform while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, custom development, and API driven workflows. Configure, maintain, and optimize Five9 call center solutionsDiagnose and troubleshoot Five9 issuesBuild, test, and deploy enhancementsSupport additional omnichannel applications Salesforce & Integration SupportWork within Salesforce ecosystemTroubleshoot integration points between Five9 and SalesforcePartner with Salesforce teams Technical Analysis & TroubleshootingReview logs and root cause analysisPerform impact analysisConduct testing across environments Business Collaboration & SolutioningWork with stakeholders to define requirementsRecommend enhancementsConduct trainings
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in related field1+ year working as a Salesforce AdministratorExperience with Five9 or similarHands‑on Salesforce troubleshooting exposureUnderstanding of API integrationsSQL, Python/JavaScript familiarity Preferred QualificationsExperience configuring Five9Exposure to cloud platformsLow‑code/no‑code toolsAgile/Scrum
